HR Tech Review was born out of necessity. Human Resources technology is a highly compensated industry full of referral agreements, paid commissions, and affiliate earnings. With all of that money on the line, HR tech companies have deployed armies of sales people armed with information on discrediting one another in hopes of selling their product. At the end of the day, it's difficult to know what the facts are about system capabilities, pricing, and implementation timelines, just to name a few. Our main goal is to take a neutral stance in evaluating the technologies that are available to help streamline businesses workforce management goals so that organizations can focus on delivering results instead of worrying about the technology behind the scenes.

HR Tech Review's main goal is to update and inform Human Resources and Finance professionals about the ever changing landscape of HR Tech. With company affiliations and structured revenue share programs from multiple areas where companies do business, it​'s becoming harder and harder to get unbiased opinions on HR Technology. With no such deals in place, now or ever, readers can be assured that the facts and opinions of this publication are only to provide information and assist in any fact finding efforts. Any time that you receive a recommendation from someone that you do business with, there is a strong likelihood that there is either an referral relationship agreement. It can be formal or informal, and either paid or unpaid. However the fact remains that at some point there will be financial gain for the referee.

Many of the other review websites that exist have paid advertisement or receive affiliate commissions from directing website traffic to their product. HR Tech Review takes pride in being a source of information with no financial strings attached.
